Returns Policy

At Sideline Style, we want every sports mom to love what she wears on game day! Because our items are made to order, we currently accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Eligible Returns

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll work quickly to make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or changing your mind. Please double-check our size charts before ordering to ensure a perfect fit!

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package seems lost or delayed, reach out! We’ll help track it down or file a claim if needed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
